Iron Chef (continued..)

I totally forgot about the great Halloween chili I made! It's family tradition, on Derek's side, to have homemade Chile on Halloween. Well...I forgot! So I made it a day or two later. It was so delicious! Plus with corn chips....oh...I'm hungry now! Bon Appetite!


And just in case you ever want a recipe brace yourself, I never use any (ok almost never), I kind of just make everything up! My grandma says thats how real cooks do it! Or lazy people who can't pull out a cook book! But I do a pretty good job at recalling what I did! That's really what my photos are for. It's my photographic cook book!
