Italiano: Meatballs

After 4 years of embarrassment from my first attempt at meatballs I decided to try again. Can I just say, success! They were not to beefy or heavy. They were very flavorful and moist. ANd they complimented the sauce which was nice and light but flavorful. All and all a huge victory. And the leftovers were great for meatball pizza!
