Bedroom Makeover: The Reveal

 I'm pretty sure no one even remembers the post I did like 8 months ago about redoing our bedroom. To be fair I finished it last July but its been so cluttered (aka. messy) that I haven't been wanting to photograph it. But alas I needed evidence of my work. Plus with us possibly (90%) moving this summer I really want to start photographing our home as we remembered it. Since it was the first home to welcome our first and soon to be second child its extra special. So without any more chatter here it is, the culmination of my hard work.

Overall I just love our new room. The buttercup was just not a relaxing color for me each night after doing the Mommy gig all day. I wanted something more calm. And of course I can't help but notice how much better it looks simply because its clean. I know Derek thinks that each day the bedroom is clean is a makeover in itself!
