How I've missed my days of youth when my Mom and her best friend Tram would make dozens upon dozens of egg rolls. So I decided to make them myself. And since there were about 60 I invited some guests over, like 6 of them!! They were a hit. Now I'll have to see just how long I can manage without them.
FYI: WE wrap them in red leaf lettuce (not shown) with basil cilantro, cucumber slices and dip them into a fish sauce with carrots. Drooling.
